The Lisa Faina Agency has an amazing opportunity in our Cooper City, FL location for an Experienced Chief Marketing Officer / Technology Manager to lead and assist our team into top production.
As the CMO / Technology Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our lead generation program. This will include working with vendors and our staff to optimize pricing, target marketing, and providing our team with high quality leads. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven leader with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. You will also be assisting with the marketing and business development for the agency, ensuring our brand is visible in the marketplace.

This service-oriented Insurance Agency is owned & operated locally and has been a pillar in the community for nearly 35 years! The CMO/Technology Manger is required to work full time in our Agency office. Prior Industry experience is required and a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is highly preferred. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Total Compensation Package: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year which includes Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Work with lead vendors to learn how to market and to optimize pricing, target marketing, and updating target zip codes quarterly.
- Maintain functionality of current technologies as well as investigating for superior products.
- Organize meetings and assist Agency Owner in executing deals with Leads companies.
- Review and implement consistent usage of software programs
- Be social media savvy
- Monitor all agents follow up as to not lose leads.
- Manage Agency lead generation and marketing processes/tools.
- Work with existing SEO vendors to maximize SEO and Google Click to call leads.
Requirements
- Superior organizational skills; must be capable of coordinating work flow with Agency employees.
- Tech savvy; must quickly adapt to new technologies/systems and be familiar with Windows OS.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Strong communication skills; must be comfortable cross-selling and talking on phones/in person.
- Effective communicator; capable of speaking publicly at Social Media/Marketing events, small/large group settings, and one-on-one settings.
- Must have quick adaptability to new technologies and systems.
- Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor in-person and over-phone
- Must be capable of processing a high volume of work.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and produce results under pressure.
- Must have can do attitude and will to win.
- Have experience with improving office efficiency and controlling expenses.
