Duties and Responsibilities: include the following; other duties may be assigned.

• Perform inspection of parts and components in accordance with established protocols.

• Ensure all batch record and logbook documentation used in the manufacturing of parts and components is legibly maintained with accurate and timely entries.

• Responsible for the inspection of finished product prior to release for shipping.

• Initiate nonconformance reports and record accurate and complete entries.

• Is required to make sure all parts are cleaned and packaged properly.

• Is required to fill out defect and inspection reports when needed.

• Perform inspection equipment calibration as needed.

Requirements:

• Know how to read and have a good understanding of blueprints

• Know right angle trigonometry to figure out angles

• Know how to use a sine bar

• Must have 3 years experience with quality control tools-micrometer, calipers, CMM, Rockwell Tester, height gage, veneers, indicators, and surface finish testing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

• CMM: 3 years (Required)
• Blueprint reading: 3 years (Required)
• FARO ARM, ROMER, ETC.: 3 years (Required)
• measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.: 3 years (Required)
