Quality Inspector
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Peoria, IL area, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity that's full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday.
Quality InspectorJob Summary:
- Pay: $20-24 an hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Examine manufactured products to ensure the parts meet all standards of presentation and quality
- Perform visual, mechanical and functional verification of parts to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards
- Collect and record accurate data regarding defects
- Tag and isolate defective material
- Study product specifications and work instructions
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- Required 2 years experience in a quality inspection role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with a caliper, gauges, and scales
- CNC experience preferred
- Familiarity with GD&T controls preferred
- Ability to perform all warehouse functions: standing, lifting, bending, etc.
