Overview:
The SRPOA is the homeowners Association for Sugarloaf Country Club, a 900+ home residential community in Duluth, Georgia. The Front Desk position is a highly organized customer-service driven position that works within the SRPOA's property management office.
Duties Include:
- Opening the office by 8:30 am each weekday
- Monitor, track and manage day to day office operations/systems/service needs
- Greeting new residents and prospective residents
- Process account payments
- Update homeowner information in VMS and other online Community managed repository
- Print resident account information as requested
- Providing basic administrative support for the Property Manager and office
- File paperwork
- Creating and reviewing files, making copies and or scanning documents
- Creating and organizing office files on shared drive
- Answering incoming calls and direct/forward to correct department, and taking messages
- Acting as administrative support in receiving Architectural Control Committee review paperwork and payments
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets for ACC Compliance Coordinator and Patrol Manager
- Processing checks as needed and mailing to the corporate office
- Check community mailbox (as needed)
- Mail parcels (letters, envelopes, packages)
- Receiving shipments and delivery
- Schedule/support meetings and conference call for office and conference rooms
- Order and monitor office supplies
- Order and track SRPOA decals/transponders
- Provide training to new employees on office systems and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned

Salary:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills; handle multiple tasks, and meet deadline; strong oral and written skills; basic computer experience (Word Excel)
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Highly detailed/organized
- 2-5 year of front office/admin experience
- Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required or higherstandards
- Valid driver'slicense
