We are looking for a Club Manager to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their club. This would include but not limited to managing front desk/childcare staff, ensuring supplies and concessions are stocked, overall club cleanliness. Typical day to day operations include signing up new members, taking payments for membership and other items, providing information about the facility/our other facilities, and cleaning. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the customer service industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant experience for our members and staff.
Responsibilities
- Sign up new members
- Manage payments and reservations
- Answer the phone and take payment
- Welcome members to the club
- Provide information about our clubs and their amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Completing daily cleaning duties
- Enforcing Eastlake's policies
- Upselling products that the club has for purchase
- Ensuring supplies are stocked
Skills
- Work experience in Customer Service, Receptionist or similar role
- Understanding of fitness helpful, but not required
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
- Basic Computer skill
- Managing small teams

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
