POSITION:
The ideal Manager will oversee all Studio activities, from Sales to Instructors. Initial focus will be on driving new membership ahead of studio opening, and there will be an expectation to become Club Pilates certified in order to teach some classes. Work from home until the studio is built (expected in early March).

Club Pilates, a national brand with more than 900 studios, is opening its first Fort Wayne studio in Covington Plaza in the early part of 2024. Club Pilates offers affordable and accessible group reformer classes in various levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise.
There are Club Pilates studios in 38 states and two countries. Class formats target a wide range of clients’ needs – from young to more senior and beginner to advanced. REQUIREMENTS:
· Two-plus years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience, with an affinity and passion for fitness.
· Pilates fitness background preferred but not required; position will require instructor to be trained in order to teach classes.
· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
· Must be goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales of an acceptable number of sales units per month.
· Be highly organized, proficient in data management.
· Have an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Be able to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training and teacher training.
· Recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
· Have solid writing and grammar skills.
· Be professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
· Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Be trustworthy and have the ability to handle confidential information.
· Harmoniously work with co-workers, clients and the general public.
· Be proficient with computers and studio software.
DUTIES
· Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and close.
· Implement sales process to schedule prospects into intro class.
· Retain current clients and following up on client concerns and needs.
· Be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service support, to include that all calls and emails are timely and professionally answered in compliance with company policies.
· Manage staff schedule.
· Directly coordinate with vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
· Supervise sales and front desk representatives.
· Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio.
· Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
· Review instructor evaluations performed by Master Trainers.
· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
· Collect outstanding dues as necessary.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio.
· Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
· Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature are stocked and visible.
· Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
· Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
· Ensure that management always has current company passwords.
· Any other duties as assigned.
