The Corporate Chaplain is responsible for providing compassionate, spiritual care that explores team member’s diverse beliefs and value systems, honors their experiences, and empowers them with resources to enhance functions and well-being. The chaplain provides spiritual and emotional guidance to team members and their immediate families.

The chaplain supports all ATS Family of Companies, through effective coaching, leading, and being a change agent. The chaplain will demonstrate ATS core values, maintain confidentiality, collaborate, and work effectively and positively with the Board, Senior Leadership, HR, and Management, to support and care for the employee’s needs. Position will have a varied schedule of approximately 25 hours per week.

What does it take to be successful?

• Successful completion of a Clinical Pastoral Education course and formal training in a similar or qualified field.
• Commitment to maintain a minimum of 200 clinical hours at qualified institutions of CPE/ACPE annually.
• Clergy/Pastoral endorsements.
• Experienced in handling sensitive material and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
• Demonstrate the ability to invite dialog, maintain confidentiality, and gain information needed for a proper assessment to provide appropriate spiritual care.

What is the scope of the chaplain position?

• Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to team leaders and their immediate families while respecting people’s unique beliefs, values, and experiences.
• Maintain a judgment-free presence, inclusive of all faiths, sexual orientations, and ethnicities.
• Ability to be on-call on weekends, or evenings to respond to critical incident situations where team members and their families have been traumatized.
• Provide appropriate chaplain presence at hospitals, homes, memorials, and funerals, of team members and family members as appropriate or needed.
• Serve as an advisor to ATS Leadership on matters of religion, morals and ethics.
• Complete responsibilities outside of normal business hours, as needed, and infrequent travel may be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
