SalaryMAJUS is currently seeking a Cloud Engineer or Architect to join our team. We are growing, and we are hiring! As a Cloud Engineer, you'll architect, build, and design solutions using your expertise in deploying/configuring application workloads within AWS Cloud primarily, but also Azure.
This is a key position with MAJUS that impacts our entire organization and growth. This is a full-time position that also includes opportunities beyond the role in which you will join our team.
What is the mission?
You will play a vital role in supporting cloud platforms and services, transitioning operational systems to containerized/serverless environments, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using automation platforms like Terraform and CloudFormation.
What will you do?
Configure cloud environment settings for application workloadsCollaborate with external development teams and provide cloud security recommendations.
Utilize shell scripting for command line execution.
Design and implement automation platforms with Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Support operational systems and complete requests for cloud operational support.
Participate in data calls, reporting on the status of cloud resources.
Use effective analytical skills to assess a situation quickly and determine the most effective resolution for the customer and overall project
Prioritize documentation and actively participate in the Agile process
Collaborate with external development teams, identifying security improvements, and contributing to continuous enhancement of AWS and Azure environments.

Salary?
110,000.00 – 170,000.00 depending on experience and certifications.
