Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes

- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with meal planning and menu development
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Manage closing staff and closing checklists
Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork skills
