Saratoga Homes is a family/privately owned Top 100 Home Builder seeking a Closing Coordinator.
We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the contract to close transaction process and the listing process is handled efficiently accurately
- Manage contracts through to closing
- Obtain disclosures, survey, etc
- Coordinate with sellers to schedule photos
- Communicate with lender, title company, all appropriate parties during the contract to close process
- Be well versed in handling customer feedback
- Keep the agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
- Ensuring a 10-star customer service experience for our home sellers and buyers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
