Clinical Supply Coodinator

100% remote

Start ASAP - going till before shutdown (December), possible extension

Monday - Friday, normal hrs (flexibility)

Sit anywhere in the US, any time zone

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

*Experience working with suppliers and/or sourcing supplies for clinical trials

*Needs to be able to follow defined timelines

* Hospital/Pharma background with understanding of clinical trails.

*Knowledge of medical devices, Basic understanding of medical equipment

*Great communication and organizational skills.

*Experience using Microsoft office suite tools (Basic proficiency with Outlook, Spreadsheets, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps,& Excel)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Managing sourcing activities for equipment and ancillary items for clinical trials

• Gather requirements from study teams

• Request quotes from suppliers

• Review supplier quotes for accuracy

• Collaborate with study teams and internal collaborators for study award

• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed for supplier oversight

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
