What you bring to SBHG:
- Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years of age
- Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults
- And Two (2) years supervising direct care staff, in a health care setting.
- California Registered Intern Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or California Registered Intern Marriage and Family Therapist (MFTI) or Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), preferred
- Valid California Driver's License.
- First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross.
How you will make a difference:
This position conducts oversight of the programming and service delivery; conducts staff supervision; acts as a resource for therapists in the delivery of therapeutic services; performs diagnostic evaluations; and develops treatment plans. Supports data collection and CQI efforts; maintains liaison with the County. The Program/Clinical Director shall be on the premises the number of hours necessary to manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Division/Program Overview:
- The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility.
- Designed to help adult residents, ages 18-59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.
Services include:
- 24/7 Program
- Therapeutic and mental health services
- Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services
- Pre-vocational or vocational counseling
- Medication evaluation and support services
- Daily exercise and health/wellness education
- Crisis intervention
