Clinical Services Therapist - PRN - Float IP/OP

The Brook Hospital KMI is seeking a PRN Clinical Services Therapist - Outpatient/Inpatient to join our team
Key Responsibilities include:
The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team who will assist with both Outpatient and Inpatient departments. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:
Must be licensed or under supervision in state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP)
EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: One to three years inpatient behavioral health work
