Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is looking for a Clinical Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing strategies and plans with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective, and timely filling of roles. Works closely with clinical recruitment leadership and the recruitment team to recommend and develop sourcing strategies. Serves as a catalyst for recruiting efforts in database and pipeline enhancement. Will initiate and drive best practice sourcing strategies and be an ambassador for IES’s clinical clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective sourcing strategies. Provide timely and detailed updates on candidate progress, market trends, and potential challenges to recruiters to facilitate informed decision-making. Communicate with internal team to understand hiring needs, client onboarding requirements, and hiring budgets.
- Initiate and drive best practice sourcing strategies and use a variety of sourcing tools (online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, etc.) to build pipelines and find passive candidates for open positions and hard to fill roles. Generate and work provider call lists and rosters. Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and physician demographics to stay informed and proactive in talent acquisition.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify key competitors, industry trends, and potential sources of talent. Analyze and report on relevant data and metrics to enhance sourcing strategies and contribute to overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Act upon referrals from candidates and/or current associates and follow up on leads.
- Proactively develop talent pipeline and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans and needs. Perform cold calls. Identify qualified and suitable candidates, both active and passive, for open requisitions. Screen, qualify, and determine viability of physician and APP candidates. Qualify and match clinicians to current open orders based on their availability, preferences, and skills. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and relationship-building to establish a positive employer brand.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion in the recruitment process. Perform name clears, candidate submittals and leadership approvals of internal and external candidates timely.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the hiring process. Add candidate leads and demographic information into the ATS as needed. Track sourcing initiatives and candidate traction to provide information to recruiter and/or recruitment leadership as needed. Track other recruitment or retention metrics as required.
- Facilitate the scheduling of interviews and timely communication of feedback. Draft interview itineraries and coordinate travel for candidates as needed. Perform reference and background checks as needed.
- Partner with internal teams (contracting, HR, credentialing, etc) to coordinate a smooth onboarding of new clinicians. Partner with agencies as required to ensure onboarding requirements are met.
- Assist with and participate in onsite recruitment activities (Interviews, Job Fairs, Conferences, etc.) as needed.
- Respond to after business hours calls pertaining to scheduled work assignments from providers and clients as needed.
- Additionally, for Locums specific recruitment needs:
- Build and maintain relationships with external locum staffing agencies in relevant markets. Serve as a liaison between clinical facility leadership and the external locums agencies.
- Vet agencies by inquiring about their (1) recruitment focus (2) volume of placements (3) sourcing, screening, and recruitment process, and (4) contract details including cost of services. Consult with clinical recruitment leadership regarding contract negotiations.
- With contracted agencies, communicate open positions and specific requirements, review candidate submissions, and present qualified submissions to internal hiring team
- Communicate weekly updates of open locum opportunities to external agencies.
- Manage and update locum specific databases and/or systems.
- Coordinate clinical screenings / interviews with agency for candidate (if applicable) and required leadership in a timely manner; provides feedback to external agency within 72 hours.
- Develop and provide instructional email with expectations for both agency and locums provider upon leadership approval of locum candidate.
- Communicate with the designated client facility schedulers in advance of each forthcoming calendar month to obtain needed dates and shifts of locum tenens coverage

Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- At least two years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or related experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
