Form of work- Plans, coordinates and manages the Personal Care nursing department.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to the residents.
- Provides routine, basic health care, and assistance with activities of daily living for all residents.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work assignments, and expedites workflow.
