We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials. ```Duties```
- Assist in the design and development of clinical trial protocols
- Coordinate and manage study activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collect and analyze data from clinical trials using various tools and techniques
- Conduct site visits to assess protocol adherence, data accuracy, and participant safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of study milestones
- Prepare study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records and documentation
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar role
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations (GCP)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
