- (3272216)GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
- Support clinicians in managing two lifestyle medicine-based programs for cancer survivors and thrivers
- Collaborate with licensed social workers to recruit, screen, match, and manage peermentors and mentees
- Plan events and activities for patients, which may occasionally occur on weeknights and weekends
- Develop educational and informational materials for patients
- Maintain patient records and databases
- Perform administrative support duties
- Manage and regularly monitor social media pages
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives including protocol development, IRB submissions, and collection of data
- Contribute to literature reviews and drafting manuscripts for publications
- Assist with preparation of annual program reports
- Interact with oncologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other specialists focused on supportive care
