Clinical Recruiter
100% Remote
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Recruiter to join our team to support a large healthcare program. The ideal candidate has experience staffing clinical positions nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates that fit contract resourcing requirements.
- Candidate pipeline development.
- Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help pro-actively identify and source qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
- Prepare and manage job postings on internal and external sites.
- Source and review resumes using resume search engines and other databases.
- Track candidate information using internal systems.
Required Skills:
- 3 or more years of professional experience sourcing or recruiting for clinical positions (registered nurses, social workers, lab technicians, doctors, etc.).
- Experience working in a hospital setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
