Basic Requirements: Must possess all of the following:
Degree: Clinical psychology: You must have successfully completed all the requirements for the Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.(You must provide a copy of your transcripts with your application. Licensure: You must possess a current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Clinical Psychology independently offered by a U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction is required.If answering "yes", make sure your resume lists the type of licensure you possess and from where it was obtained and most recent date it was awarded or submit a copy.(You must provide a copy with your application. AND
Certification: You must be willing to maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare provider certification. This certification shall be maintained in a current status at all times while performing services. (You must provide a copy with your application. To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must possess at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service OR equivalent public or private sector experience, which must include performing the following duties:

• Perform psychodiagnosis and psychotherapy at a level of professional maturity for the full range of mentally disturbed patients in psychiatric or general medical hospitals or community mental health centers;

AND

• Apply psychological theories, principles to explain or justify psychological diagnoses, conclusions, findings or treatment recommendations.
