People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Licensed Program Manager to lead our IRTS and Crisis Stabilization team at our Steiner-Kelting Mental Wellness Center in Chaska. The Licensed Program Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating treatment services to ensure safe and high quality client care. The Licensed Program Manager also provides clinical direction and supervision for the program as well as weekly individual and group administrative supervision for staff.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours, with ability to provide support and oversight to evening, weekend, and overnight supervisors and staff as needed

Hiring Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
Hiring Bonus: $2000 hiring bonus for external candidates

Main Job Duties:
- Develop assigned staff and establish expectations consistent with organizational culture, values, and mission to achieve safe and high-quality services.
- Maintain master staffing schedule and serve as the lead partner with Talent Acquisition team in filling open positions
- Participate in the daily operations to ensure high-quality services, services are delivered safely, and revenue targets are met.
- Reviewing and monitoring referral numbers, day to intake, and overall referral systems to ensure timely access to services.
- Provide support to team leaders and staff when intervention is needed for client service provision
- Understand and implement the program standards, legal and billing requirements, and organizational policies
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, human services, or business administration.
- One year of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and using data to establish goals, monitor implementation, and establish program initiatives.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in the behavioral sciences or related field (i.e. social work, psychology, marriage, and family therapy from an accredited college or university)
- Three years or 6,000 hours of prior experience in the human services field with a preference toward servicing those with mental health symptoms.
- Two years or 4,000 hours of prior supervisory experience, or completion of People Incorporated's Link to Leadership Program.
- Completion of People Incorporated's Link to Leadership Program.
- Three years of prior supervisory experience.
Certifications/Licenses
- Required: Unrestricted clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT)
- Preferred: State of MN Board-approved supervisor for licensure candidates in one or more mental health disciplines
