Clinical Pharmacologist (Sr. Manager to Associate Director level)

• Location: Remote with regular onsite meetings in Los Angeles County, CA.
  Job Summary:
  As a Clinical Pharmacologist, you will apply PK/PD expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the strategy of clinical programs. You will manage PK/PD vendors to support the design and conduction of clinical studies. You will be responsible for analysis, interpretation, and reporting of PK/PD results in support of projects. You will contribute to regulatory documents and interactions. You will contribute to internal initiatives to develop the clinical pharmacology field including its processes.
  Position responsibilities and duties:
  
  • Provide Clinical Pharmacology support in the design, conduct, and reporting of clinical trials.
  • Lead clinical pharmacology studies and perform PK and PK/PD analyses (e.g., NCA analysis).
  • Collaborate with clinical project team for the execution and management of Phase I-III studies.
  • Write and review relevant sections of study protocols, study reports, Investigator Brochures, IND filings and NDA/BLA submissions, ensuring that designs and documents meet regulatory and compliance requirements and project timelines.
  • Select and manage PK and PK/PD vendors conducting PK/PD sample analysis, NCA, population PK/PD and exposure-response analyses in support of clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
  • Summarize and present PK and PK/PD findings to study teams and senior management.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • PhD degree or equivalent in pharmaceutical sciences, Pharmacology or PharmD
  • 2-5 years working experience in clinical pharmacology.
  • Hands-on experience on PK and PK-PD softwares, including WinNonlin, NONMEM etc.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Independent problem-solving skills and good teamwork spirit
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to start-up company's culture.
  
  Salary range:$130k to $200k
