The Clinical Pharmacist II (Internal Medicine/ Critical Care Pharmacist) is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, pharmaceutical care, and medication verification and distribution programs in the areas of Internal Medicine and Critical Care. The pharmacist will also be expected to rotate through other coverage areas such as antimicrobial stewardship and the central pharmacy. The job duties affect direct patient care through pharmacy dose protocols, code coverage, and participation in multi-disciplinary rounds. Participation in multi-disciplinary committees is also encouraged.
