POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Operations Associate is an opportunity to use clinical judgment and management of growth opportunities to make healthcare better for people across the nation. The Clinical Operations Associate will assist in the integration and growth of Recuro’s core virtual offerings – primary care, behavioral health, and urgent care. The Clinical Operations associate will be the contact point for the Member Services team and provide support to physicians and providers in Recuro’s network. Through strong relationship building this position will communicate regularly with providers and Recuro members, address issues and concerns regarding consult assignment and scheduling, platform issues and other clinical related concerns. The Clinical Operations Associate will communicate on a regular basis with all team members to ensure work volume is managed and assistance is provided when needed. This position will directly report to the Clinical Director of Operations.
This position is virtually based.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, Analyze, and report on Quality Assurance metrics as needed for both patient and provider for Recuro’s core virtual care offerings – urgent care, primary care, and behavioral health.
- Compose and suggest creative and sustainable ideas for quality improvement in workflows and system utilization.
- Engage with members and Recuro providers to support coordination of care, care plan compliance, and pre and post-visit planning in a virtual health environment
- Cerebro and Provider portal Subject Matter Advisor.
- Maintains established reporting for the Clinical Operations team and provides ad hoc reporting.
- Prepare recommendations relating to policies, procedures, and projects as it relates to the Clinical Operations team.
- Apply clinical knowledge to assess patients needs, and follow up with providers when necessary.
- Provide on-call support as-needed
- Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Perform other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage patients and providers to support care coordination and compliance
- Provide clinical knowledge and support to the Member Services Team, the Clinical Operations team and the providers as necessary.
- Support reporting of clinical outcomes and metrics to Clinical Services Leadership.
- Support lab order management workflows, polices and manual processes associated.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor on Recuro’s clinical applications and workflows.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing – Required
- Current State Licensure as a Nurse3+ years in healthcare field
- Care coordination (ex. Referrals, appointment scheduling, prescription management, communicating positive results)
- Virtual health or other virtual services (desired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English
- Teamwork – ability to interact collaboratively with others
- Fluency in healthcare terminology
- Great attention to detail as it relates to processes and procedures, strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors and mistakes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
