SalarySploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR Clinic Operations Associate to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Clinic Operations Associate:
As a Clinic Operations Associate at Sploot Veterinary Care, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of a small but dedicated team responsible for managing vendor relations, overseeing inventory, and maintaining our facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in launching and building a business, as well as contributing to the establishment of new processes to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
Vendor Relations:
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the clinic.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee the clinic's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Facilities Management:
- Ensure the overall cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the clinic's facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, working closely with contractors and service providers.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within Clinic Operations.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new procedures that enhance overall productivity.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in operations, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently.
- Knowledge of veterinary Clinic Operations is a plus.
