The Emergency ServicesClinical Nurse Educator provides support for the management team as well as leadership for the delivery of exemplary patient care throughout Emergency Services. The Clinical Nurse Educator plays a vital role within the Emergency Department (ED), fostering staff skills and critical thinking. This is crucial to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practice, ultimately contributing to patient safety and maintaining quality outcomes across the entire patient care continuum. In this dynamic position, responsiveness to the evolving needs of the organization, staff, and patients within the changing healthcare system is key.
