Responsibilities:Job Summary:
The Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) Site Clinical Coordinator (SCC) collaborates with the Nurse Residency Program Director, facility CNEO/designee, market and Division leaders, and CommonSpirit Health National Nurse Residency Program Leadership to provide leadership, coordination, oversight, development, evaluation and continuous program improvement for the Nurse Residency Program and its outcomes. Work includes providing support and collaborative oversight representing the Nurse Residency Program for VMFH.
An incumbent, in partnership with the director, is responsible for maintaining standardization of the Nurse Residency Program, achievement and maintenance of Residency Program accreditation, and ensuring nurse residents are supported in their transition to practice, satisfied, and retained.

Qualifications:Education/Work Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Nursing, minimum of 3 years clinical experience in the acute care setting, minimum of 2 years clinical teaching experience. Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
