Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Liaision and health care sales representatives to join our team at Luna Joy. This position will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our mental health services by driving our sales efforts. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and educating providers about our resources and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the mental health industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique mental health needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and modern sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the mental health industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep understanding of mental health services and the ability to communicate the value of our services to clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales analytics tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
