Yoga Instructor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Create and lead engaging and dynamic yoga sessions
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels and abilities
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga and its impact on overall health and well-being
- Demonstrate proper body mechanics and alignment during yoga poses
- Incorporate elements of sports coaching, dance, kickboxing, and cycle into yoga classes for variety and interest
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
- Assist with fitness sales and promote yoga memberships or packages

Requirements:
- Certification as a Yoga Instructor from a recognized organization
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics related to yoga practice
- Experience in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Ability to tailor classes to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
