HoverTech International, a medical device company established in 1997 is seeking aClinicalEducation Specialistto join their team.
TheClinical Education Specialistisresponsiblefor the development of educational content that meets the clinical needs of internal and external customers.
In this role theClinical Education Specialistwill serve as the clinical subject matter expert focused on content creation.

- Training will be on-site for roughly 6-9 months and then hybrid work will be considered.
Clinical Education Specialist Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement /deliver Clinical Education programs.
- Maintain technical/clinical expertise in targeted functional areas (e.g. ICU/CCU or wound care) to support internal and external customers.
- Must be a continuous learner and maintain awareness of medical and scientific literature about current relevant areas of interest.
- Train and qualify sales training presenters on clinical presentations.
- Attend company meetings, professional conferences and tradeshows as required.
Clinical Education Specialist Qualifications
***Must be a Registered Nurse to be considered.
- 5-7 yrs. of nursing experience in ICU/CCU or acute care services.
- 2 yrs. of Clinical Education and training experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal (sales, marketing, clinical research) and external (physicians, facility staff, nurses) customers.
- Open to 20-25% domestic travel
- *Must be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
*This position requires visits to healthcare facilities to demonstrate products and meet with potential customers.
