Summary
Identifies, assesses, designs, implements, and evaluates education programs for staff which support the provision of quality patient care. Provides guidance and support to health care providers in educational program development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Instructor certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in program development and implementation.
- Computer expertise with Microsoft Office software.
- Five years of clinical nursing experience in an acute setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in clinical education.
- ACLS certification.
- ACLS instructor certification
