Salary We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Director for our premiere behavioral health and substance abuse facility in Mesa, AZ.
Requirements:
- Independent License in Social Work (LPC/LCSW)
- Master's Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health
- In bed, behavioral health AND substance abuse experience is necessary.
- Crisis experience with this population is necessary as well as the ability to remain calm in high stress and dramatic situations.
- 3-5 years of clinical and administrative managerial experience
As a Clinical Director, your primary function will be to establish program direction, monitor the management of the program's resources, and the coordination of overall service delivery and personnel administration at our facilities outpatient clinics. This position is an independently licensed behavioral health professional who ensures the provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services. This position will work with community partners, business leaders and other programs to expand our facilities programming and make our facility the agency of choice when referring patients partnering for contract expansion and develop programs.
Job Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) rotating on call, mostly a phone call, on site is rare and mainly for crisis situations.

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
