We seek a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) for a full-time position as Clinical Director in our Phoenix or Mesa locations.
Experience with children/adolescents is highly valued.
Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.
Compensation:
- Full-time employees can earn $64,000-68,000 annual salary range
- W2 Fee for service model
Requirements:
- Recommend, develop, and assist in the strategic long-range planning process as it relates to all clinic departments in support of the clinics mission, philosophy, and goals
- Support the implementation of all expansion projects
- Must be a fully licensed therapist in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
- Able to commute to either Phoenix area location and a hybrid schedule available
- Support the professional growth and development of clinical staff
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Provide leadership and mentoring for clinical and administrative staff in establishing department objectives related to clinical practice, staffing, policies, and procedures
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with health psychology
- Bilingual (Preferred)

Northlight Counseling Associates is a group established in 1985 consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of licensed psychologists, counselors, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists working together to provide our clients with the best treatment, support, and referral services. Northlight has a trauma-focused center opening in 2023. The modalities utilized range in treatment options from family and play therapy to psychodynamic therapy for individuals. The Northlight team specializes in counseling for depression, bipolar, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, PTSD, grief, transgender and sexual concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, child behavioral and family concerns, EAP, disability, and work-related concerns.
