ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly oversees the clinical programming and training of employees.
- Ensures and coordinates supervision and direction of duties to employees.
- Responsible for the development of clinical programming emphasizing best-practices around trauma informed treatment.
- Monitors clinical activities of the and works with employees to establish improve clinical standards and service delivery.
- Facilitates the Familiar Faces initiative to address frequent utilization.
- Communicate with leadership in other regions on needs around clinical training, and oversight.
- Communicates clinical updates and policy changes in clinical programming with employees
- Provides and/or arranges additional clinical training and mentoring when needed to support employee performance and/or growth.
- Provides oversight and support of the Assessment and Referral Center (ARC) process.
- Creates and fosters a positive work environment for all staff.
- Actively participates in individual and organizational capacity with team members and peers through identification of current and future skill needs.
- Communicates the need for corrective action when the quality of clinical service delivery is a concern.

- Master's Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health is required of this position.
- 3-5 years of clinical and administrative managerial experience is required of this position.
- 2-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Must be independently licensed or undergoing licensure in AZ
- Must possess a valid fingerprint clearance card.
- Current Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
