Role Overview:
- Consistent hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Design and Monitor Tailored Programs using VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc
- Engage with Families, Providing Training & Updates
- Mentor and Lead Interns & RBTs
- Attend to Admin and Communication Needs
- Champion Client Safety
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience as a BCBA
- Relevant Master's Degree & Certifications (BCBA, BLS/CPR, NPI, QBS, etc.)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Physically Active: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be versatile in interactions
- Clear Background Check
