Reports to:President and Executive Director

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $110,000+ based on experience

What will you do?

The Director ofClinical Services and Community Partnerships (Director) is responsible for leadership of the Assertive Outreach, Vail Connect, and Targeted Case Management programs. This includes direct supervision and management of all Divisional Leadership to include, but not be limited to, the following: Community Partnership Manager, TCM Clinical Services managers, clinical support staff, and indirect supervision of all Mental Health Case Managers and value-based care team members.

The Director is responsible for the strategic development of partnerships and initiatives focusing on integrated care, population health, and new program innovation. The current division has multiple valued based contracts with the goal of improving patient outcomes and lowering the total cost of care.

The Director oversees, negotiates, and co-approves contracts, integrated health partnership (IHP) agreements, policies, procedures, internal training processes, and program documents for all three divisions.

The Director establishes, adheres, monitors, and produces departmental budgets, program specific quality and performance measures, compliance and oversight achievement, outcome-based reports for audits and site visits, and tracks department progress against internal and external goals and measures established in the Strategic Plan.

The Director provides leadership and direction to the three program areas listed above and is responsible for the up-to-date credentialing of all relevant team members as well as offering Clinical Supervision when indicated.

The Director must be able to facilitate compliant billing and revenue cycle processes as a part of their responsibilities.

The Director is part of the senior leadership team (SLT) and is responsible for being a champion of our values, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, positively influencing the entire organization, and presenting externally when requested.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in human services or related area.
  • Licensed LICSW or Mental Health Professional as defined by Minnesota law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mental health clinical and/or program supervision.
  • At least 3 years supervising staff and program management.

Must have and maintain a valid Minnesota Driver’s License, maintain automobile coverage, and have access to an automobile.
