The support Coordinator will assist with all aspects of patient care. Coordinate clinical schedules, patient appointments and follow up. Answers patient phone calls, verify insurance benefits and other administrative duties as needed.
We work closely with community organizations and encourage connections with community advisors, school personnel, law enforcement, hospitals and other areas offering resources.
