0.6-1.0 FTE - Benefit Eligible - CMA/LPN within our specialty teamsThis role will primarily work with our urology team at our St. Croix Falls location. Flexibility in location and department on occasion is appreciated.Our urology team is made up of one provider and 2 Clinical Assistants.
Working 3 days a week (.6 FTE) with urology, you will assist with a wide variety of procedures in addition to chart preparation and welcoming patients to their appointment.
Successful candidate will receive 4-6 weeks of training with the urology team to ensure you are confident and successful in this role. During your training you will have opportunities to interact with other departments, such as patient access, lab and the CSR team, who provide support to the clinic team. The urologist also provides insight and education surrounding the practice and how you can best support the patient and the team.
Requirements
Education & Licensure:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program - OR -
- Current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
- and CPR certification required within 6 months of hire and maintained while employed
Experience:
Prior clinic experience preferred
Additional Information:
Work schedules may vary depending on the provider schedule and may start before 8:00am and end after 5:00pm
Weekend rotation may be required
Primary work location will be St Croix Falls, WI but working at any of our clinic locations (Webster, Frederic, Balsam Lake and Lindstrom MN) may be required
