Clinical Analyst Nurse - Epiccare

Position Summary: The Clinical Analyst Nurse is a critical member of the healthcare team. The Clinical Analyst Nurse uses their clinical knowledge and clinical expertise in nursing to provide analytical, technical, and implementation support based on their clinical experience to support our Epic EHRs clinical applications. A CA Nurse will analyze clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for clinical workflow improvement. They are responsible for implementing system upgrades, testing requested enhancements to the system and any related third-party applications, as well as having a working knowledge of Cogito's reporting capabilities. Overall, a Clinical Analyst Nurse must possess a combination of clinical expertise, technical knowledge, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:

• Nurse: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred, or, Associate's Ddegree RN or LPN
• Clinical experience as a nurse for at least 2 years where electronic health records were used
• The ability to analyze data and interpret results to improve patient care and clinical processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clinical staff, IT staff, administrators and other stakeholders
• Skilled collaborator
• Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
