Job Duties
The Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents (CCCA) is looking for a full time Clinical Admin Support Associate to provide administrative support functions for the Director's Office, Nursing, Medical Staff Executive Committee, Quality Management, Risk Management, and HIM departments as needed; to order supplies from Western State Hospital for all units, including food and clothes for patients and purchasing patient care items as needed according to individual patient circumstances; to schedule, attend, and maintain minutes of the Center Environmental Committee (CEC), Medical Staff Executive Committee, and other committees as assigned; provide backup support to data reporting areas of CCCA as needed; to maintain active DBHDS accounts; to inventory, maintain, and replenish CCCA's store rooms that contain patient clothing and patient food; to accept deliveries and integrating merchandise into current stock; and routine document assemblage, distribution, and filing as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent
- experience in an administrative support role to a manager or supervisor
- ability to organize and carry out clerical and administrative support tasks, including document preparation, filing, etc.
- experience with Microsoft Office and database applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- ability to interact with others in person and by phone in a patient, courteous, organized, and efficient manner; skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with staff
- ability to organize and prioritize tasks, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to maintain confidentiality, learn and be guided by privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA) and to treat confidential and personal information with sensitivity and responsibility
- ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced and high stress environment
