Job Title/Position: President of Clinical Operations

Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000 annual base salary based on experience, plus additional performance incentive plan; Full benefits available (health, dental, 401k with match, continuing education reimbursement, etc.)

Job Description Summary:

The President of Clinical Operations is responsible for leading the development and implentation of Clinical Operations. The President of Clinical Operations will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other management personnel.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Provides leadership and strategic guidance in Clinical Operations for all offices.

2. Establishes clicnical leadership goals and expectations.

3. Ensures growth and development of Clinical leaders.

4. Drives clinical performance and quality.

5. Participates in clinical leadership and executive meetings, voicing the Clinical Operations needs.

6. Collaborates with utlilzation management, compliance and quality assurance programs.

Position Qualifications

1. Registered nurse with current licensure in the State of Illinois and willing to obtain licensure in Indiana and Texas.

2. Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master's degree preferred.

3. Minimum five years' clinical management experience in home health care.

4. Complies with accepted professional standards and practices.

5. Exceptional organizational, collaborative, leadership, and teambuilding skills.
