OPEN POSITION:
Director of ABA Operations


SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Business Hours
- Some Flexibility Offered


COMPENSATION:
- $115,000 to $140,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

LOCATION:
- Hybrid Position
- 50% remote
- 50% travel in Chicago suburbs

This practice operates nearly 30 clinic locations throughout the greater Chicagoland area.  The Director may work remotely from home 50% of the time (although they will have a desk available in the corporate office, if they prefer to work there) and will spend 50% of their time traveling to the various clinic locations.  Travel may be scheduled around traffic, rush hour, etc. in order to minimize travel time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This is a newly-created position partnering with and reporting directly to the Vice President of ABA Services.  This position will play a key role on the leadership team, charged with oversight of the ABA management team, ABA program performance, and communication between senior leadership and management. 

The new Director will oversee 5 to 10 Regional Directors, who are each responsible for 4 to 6 clinic locations and the on-site ABA staff at each location.

Among other duties, the Director of ABA Operations will:

- provide leadership and accountability over the clinic operations for all ABA teams
- conduct performance reviews, coaching plans, wage reviews, etc. for direct reports
- provide general support, guidance, and clarifications to direct reports
- conduct weekly meetings and evaluate progress on quarterly goals of direct reports
- collaborate with direct reports to establish best practices for clinic evaluation during site visits
- analyze site visits for trends and improvement opportunities
- oversee productivity trends across regions / clinics and respond to findings
- monitor ABA waitlist and identify opportunities for improvement
- provide or coordinate interim coverage support in the instance of Regional Director vacancies
- partner with Director of Training & Development to meet training / programming needs
- ensure therapist and client supervision standards are compliant across clinics
- identify ABA program needs to improve quality and make proposals
- ensure caseload expectations are accurate and reasonable in all ABA areas
- ensure all clinics have appropriate hiring requests submitted and reviewed regularly
- review engagement survey data and develop improvement plans as needed
- ensure company mission is being practiced consistently across locations
- continuously update the ABA manual in conjunction with the Vice President

The new Director will join a team that includes talented leadership in operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and technology, working closely together to ensure that growth occurs in a responsible and sustainable manner.

This is a hybrid role in which the Director may work from home 50% of the time, with the other 50% of time spent traveling to the various sites on an as-needed basis.


REQUIREMENTS:
- senior leadership experience overseeing multiple teams
- multi-site healthcare experience
- BCBA certification or experience in clinical settings
- demonstration of strong operational expertise 
- familiarity with the ABA therapy industry
