We are looking for a service oriented, enthusiastic, sales driven and professional Medical Aesthetician to join our Kips Bay team as a Clinic Manager.
*Hourly wage + commission and bonuses applicable
Qualifications and Requirements:
Medical Aesthetician Certificate.
MUST BE SALES DRIVEN!
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent writing and oral skills.
Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in intense pulsed light (IPL), Laser, RF, IR procedures.
Experience in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel and facial procedures.
Experience with client consultations and sales with an excellent closing ratio.
High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs (morning, evenings, weekends).
Experienced in dermatology and understand different skin compositions.
Abel to multi- task in a fast paced environment.
Well experienced with computers.
Advanced Computer skills with excel, word, power point.
Daily Tasks:
Assess patient skin condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to patient concerns.
Perform consultations in an office setting
Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Maintain equipment and follow safety measures.
Stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms.
Accurately document charts and update patient profiles after treatments.
Ensure clinic flow, that appointments stay on time, that clients receive excellent customer service & treatment.
Manage Purchase Orders
Control of Inventory
Meet and Exceed sales goals
Motivate team
Ensure the clinic is running smoothly.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Esthetician License (Preferred)
- Cosmetology License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Brooklyn, NY 11217: Relocate before starting work (Required)
