Overview
ExpiTrans, Inc. is looking for an experienced Client Support Specialist and Payment Processor Technician to join a growing customer-facing department. This role will contextualize data from across our network-Customer, Internal Business, and Partners.
This Client Support Team sits within the Business Development Department retaining high net worth accounts and extensive business relationships. You’ll be expected to build on your already extensive client services experience to grow with our ever expanding company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with clients to maintain relationships in a financial setting coupled with a college degree and the decorum of an industry leading professional.

Responsibilities
- Receive inbound and outbound calls and complete the required documentation in our customized ticketing system
- Maintain, collect data, and access partnered banking portals to communicate accurate information regarding deposits, batches and authorizations.
- Effectively gather information from our clients in order to determine compatibility of payment software, terminals, and gateways.
- Manage the programming of terminals for clients including Desktop Terminals, Gateways, and Customized web payment pages
- Oversee and provide analysis of statement billings, client payment records, and misplaced funds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 4+ years of a client services related role
- Proficiency in computer skills with a background in finance preferred
- Even-keeled temperament with de escalation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a strong emphasis on goal oriented tasks
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with and programming payment processing hardware
- Experience in Partner Recruitment, Direct Sales, Vendor Sales
- Basic financial literacy
- Experience working with various ticketing systems and note creation platforms

Compensation Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At ExpiTrans, Inc. certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards including annual bonus. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
