Working with inside office staff at a foodservice broker to support both customers and manfufacturers.
```Duties```
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and maintain client information, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
-Order entry and processing.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Data entry skills.
-Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate to clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-Ability to multitask.
