SPAN Enterprises is seeking a talented customer service representative. Since 2009, SPAN Enterprises has developed a full suite of IRS e-Filing products for a variety of tax forms as well as business management solutions.
Job Purpose
- Assist in incoming support and making courtesy calls and outbound calls to leads and potential clients.
- Help resolve client issues, including but not limited to troubleshooting and managing multiple issues from open to close.
- Training clients as needed on software and functionality.
- Ability to cross-promote by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Respond to customer questions by first understanding, reviewing previous questions and responses, assembling and forwarding information, and verifying the customer's understanding of information and the answer.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
