Job Overview:

SPAN Enterprises is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience managing Simple IRAs to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess knowledge of Simple IRA administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Since 2009, SPAN Enterprises has developed a full suite of IRS e-Filing products for a variety of tax forms as well as business management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide incoming support and proactively contact leads and potential clients through professional phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on Simple IRAs
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, investment management, and wealth management principles
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
