Client Services Team Supervisor - Telework

Under the direction of the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) site supervisor, an Information Technology Supervisor II, the Information Technology Supervisor I is responsible for performing duties of Client Services Team Supervisor which includes a variety of recurring, well-defined tasks requiring occasional innovative problem solving with guidelines for the Department of State Hospitals (DSH).

Working Conditions

• Regular or recurring telework may occur as part of the incumbent's ongoing regular schedule and/or flexible scheduling. Consistent with Policy Directive 5338, Telework may be considered with prior approval from management. If approved, incumbent is expected to provide in-office coverage on a rotational basis, and attend a variety of face-to-face meetings, and/or may travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice.
