Position Summary:
The Client Services Representative I is an entry level position into the Client Services Department and is responsible for assisting the Client Services Representative II. They represent Compu-Mail to our customers by promoting our value and dedication through assisting in achieving customer objectives with on-time and high-quality service. The Client Services Representative I will report directly to the Client Manager. The Client Services Representative I will be required to communicate with other departments to receive and deliver necessary information relating to projects. The Client Services Representative I is responsible for assisting in reviewing and understanding the specific requirements pertaining to manage projects based on client instructions. It will be the Client Services Representative I’s responsibility to take clients instructions and assist in generating supporting documentation through our internal processes and departments. The Client Services Representative I must follow all procedures, meet deadlines, and assist in seeing projects all the way through completion to ensure consistency for other departments and on-time delivery with high-quality results.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in creating orders.
- Balance customer specific project inventory.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
- Assist in meeting and managing customer deadlines.
- Provide guidance and advice in-regards to the project and the customer expectations to internal and external partners.
- Investigate and solve customer problems, including finding alternatives to support the quality standards and timelines agreed upon to the customer.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute accurate and consistent job instructions to production.
- Maintain/improve skillset through ongoing training.
- Report generation.
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
- A High School Degree, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of document processing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal /relationship skills.
- Proficient analytical, decision making and problem solving.
- Excellent prioritizing and time management skills.
- Ability to handle and manage complex details.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Self-Starter
