We are seekingHospitality Client Services Representativesto play a valuable part of our team during the 2024 US Open!
The Role
Assist with on-site execution of Luxury Suites and Hospitality Events at the US Open:
Pick up and distribute client materials to respective spaces throughout the NTC grounds
Manage pick up and drop offs at NTC loading dock
Work with Hospitality Office Assistant to track storage room inventory
Liaison between hospitality and other departments on the grounds as instructed
Assist with setup and breakdown of hospitality spaces
Who You Are
Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take and follow direction, remain calm and focused in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and problem solve
Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Salary: $20 per hour; overtime eligible
$35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
