Job Title:Client Services Associate

Position Type: Full time – Regular

Shift: 9am - 5pm M-F

Pay: $22/hour

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-oriented service staff. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and share duties with associates.
  • Administrative - Performs administrative tasks, provides volumes/billing inputs to one-up Manager, and other assigned duties in a timely manner. Ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines, safety & security procedures.
  • Quality/Workflow compliance - demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm and utilization of quality tools to drive SLA attainment and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure service levels are clearly communicated, understood, and performed by on-site staff.
  • Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support.
  • Utilizes technology to perform tasks efficiently and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
  • Position may require individual to perform site activities due to unanticipated volume increases, staffing coverage issues and/or special project needs requested by clients.
  • Understands basic information on core service/solutions offerings to work effectively with Manager - Client Services in generating leads for site growth and competitive take-aways.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in high volume/fast paced environment
  • Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs
  • Relevant industry specific certificates a plus (MQC, CMDSM, etc.)
  • Detailed oriented
  • Can work independently as well as in a team; great collaboration skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative; takes the lead on projects and tasks
  • Proven leadership experience a plus
  • Adaptive to change

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 18 Years of Age or Older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Required to stand, sit and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations
  • Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing
  • Lifting up to a maximum of 50 lbs. or the maximum allowed by current State law with or without accommodations

Prior Helpful Experience May Include:

  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • Supervisory experience

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay range for this position is $22/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
